The Principal Partner and Chief Executive Officer of the company, graduated with B.Sc. degree in Estate Management in 1971. His B.Sc. in Estate Management was from the University of Nigeria Nsukka and holds other qualifications such as A.R.V.A from London and he is an associated member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), member of North Carolina Real Estate Appraisers (NCREA). M.Sc. in Town & Country Planning at the North Carolina Central University, North Carolina, U.S.A. in 1975. He is the main architect of the firm, married. He has wealth of experience having worked in both Nigeria and USA equally possesses an eclectic mix of competencies that traverse the entire spectrum of real estate business development. He was decorated with Doctor of Divinity from USA.

With over 12years working experience in the real estate industry. Had a stint with Sunbo Onitiri & Co. (2002-2003). B.Sc. (Estate Management) in the University of Enugu Science and Technology and MBA from the University of London (In-view). Brings committed leadership to the everyday affairs of the company and delivers the needed guidance on all the company’s project and business development initiatives. Attached to the Valuation/Agency department with over 5 years working experience. He is a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).

HND ((Estate Management) Lagos State Polytechnic. He has worked with Paul Osaji & Co. as Advanced Valuation officer. He is an Associate member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuer and duly registered by (ESVARBON).

Studied at Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) and with over 7years working experience. He has worked with KIACO Real Estate, Osita Okoli & Co, Onyebuchi Emeka & Co– attached to valuation department. He is also currently a Probationer Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers working on getting elected this current year (2018).
