WILLIAM & PARTNERS is a reputable and integrated firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers established in 1974 and registered by the Estate Surveyor and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) to practice the profession of real estate surveying and valuation throughout the federation as established by Decree 24 of 1979: Cap 111 LFN 1990.
